Moving
Jonathan's been a much better blogger than I have here. It's been nice to be able to look back on what he's written and see how our lives have progressed. So I feel like its pushed me to get back on board with posting now since since time is flying by quickly and I haven't contributed yet!
So I'm back in Brooklyn for the second time this week to finish packing. Packing and sorting has been a long and bittersweet process. Although I've only been in this apartment for just over four years, my whole life is here, literally. My apartment is my little home away from my home, my parents, my siblings.
It's been tough leaving, parting with the space and saying goodbye. Plus, I have so much stuff, I don't know what to do with it or where to store it- can't I just leave it here forever??
Just kidding.
Well, I think I'm finally ready to move on. Jonathan and I been married for one month only and although we haven't had much time to settle in to our new lives, spend it alone together, I honestly can't wait to see what's in store for us. We still have so much to look forward to, things to accomplish, and a long ways to grow - together.

First night home without Cindy (post-marriage)
It's been a crazy couple of weeks. The wedding came and went before we knew what hit us. Every weekend since has been extremely busy.
Weekend 1 - The weekend right after our wedding I had to leave Cindy home alone :( and go to Atlantic City for Dayton's bachelor party.
Weekend 2 - Priscilla's bridal shower. Following that we had to stay overnight in Brooklyn so we could bring stuff in to NJ for Priscilla's 過大禮. We then came back to my parents' house for the festivities and rushed off early to Whippany to attend Maddie's 1st birthday party. After that we drove back to Brooklyn to have dinner for Florence's birthday. The next day we headed back to NJ to have dinner with my dad for his 60th birthday. PHEWWW~ it makes me tired just thinking about it again. I think I slept until noon the day after.
Weekend 3 - Lucas's birthday up in West NY, then headed to Jersey City for hotpot with Rossamy and friends. Beef, beer-pong and board games, good times.
We're still trying to get situated that's why Cindy went back to her parents' house to pack so we could move the rest of her stuff this weekend. So not knowing what to do with my new found free time, I decided to blog a bit.
Yesterday was a big day for Cindy, she bought her first car!!!! A new (to her) CPO 2011 BMW 328i with x-drive. Check out the excitement.
The car had really low miles and had all the options she wanted, including some she didn't ask for (such as the grime on the key fobs). It still doesn't have a name yet but Cindy already decided it's a male car. So not knowing what to do with myself in Cindy's absence, I decided to clean up the keys a bit.
Halfway there, going to stop by pepboys and try to see if they have back to black tomorrow to fully restore it to it's full glory.

Asked the bridesmaids finally!
YAY! I asked the bridesmaids last week also! I discussed many ideas with Jonathan along the way and even started one that included having a Viewmaster slideshow but my anxiety of moving onto the next detail won out and it all went down with a personal card made on paperlesspost.com.
One of the best decisions ever at this point and learned some things along the way that will likely help me in the rest of the planning process.
- I don't need to DIY everything and make things pretty or crafty.
- If a project is dragging on longer than it should be, complete it as effective as I can and move on. I saved myself at least two more weeks of anxiety that I didn't really need by going with the e-cards. Although it would have been nice to have a physical momento of it, my sanity was more important then.
Dress Shopping Round 3 - this Sunday. Woot.

Announced my groomsmen today!!!
What a great day! Went to taco bell with my bro's Brian, Alan, Tammer, Dave and Sam. We got 2 12-packs and each got a yummy crunchwrap supreme. Afterwards we went to Dave's down the street and presented them with the gift I had prepared for them. I hope they enjoy it. How cheap it is to buy their services, muahahahhaahahahah (evil)
